What You Will Receive

• 12oz stainless steel tumbler with your personalization engraved on one side of the tumbler
• Plastic lid

How to Order

• Submit the name to be engraved
• No more than 12 characters can be submitted
• If you are wanting a simple image above the name please describe in the notes
• Example tumbler has hearts and stars above the name
• A proof will be send 2-3 business days after your purchase
• Proofs are sent from jennifer@factoremferox.com and it is recommended that email be added to your "safe senders" list in order to avoid the email going to spam.
• If the proof is not approved within 12 hours it will be considered approved and will go to production. No changes can be made after this time.
• There are no refunds or exchanges of personalized items unless an error was made by Factorem Ferox Design Studio.

Factorem Ferox Design Studio reserves the right to refuse any order if the image being requested is protected under copyright or trademark laws. Please refer to your image licensing agreements and be prepared to certify you own the rights to reproduce requested image(s).
